SHIPPING POLICY

Diamond Culture provides comprehensive local and international shipping services. Whether it is ready-to-ship jewelry or a bespoke custom creation, we are committed to providing a secure, reliable, and transparent logistics experience.

 

1. Hong Kong Local and Macau Orders

  • Shipping Fees: Free Shipping is offered for all orders in Hong Kong and Macau.

  • Delivery Method: Sent via SF Express for Hong Kong orders, sent via Fedex/UPS for Macau orders.

  • Delivery Time:

    • Macau: Estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch.

    • Hong Kong: Estimated 2–3 business days after dispatch.

  • Self-Pickup Service: Hong Kong customers may choose to pick up their orders in person at our Tsim Sha Tsui showroom.

 

2. International Shipping

We provide global shipping services. To ensure the safety of your items, all international shipments include full insurance and tracking services.

2.1 Available Shipping Regions

  • We currently ship to various regions across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, North America, and Oceania. For the complete list of "Available Shipping Regions," please refer to the "International Shipping Policy" section on our [Overseas Ordering Guide] page.

2.2 Shipping Fee Offers

  • Orders totaling HKD $10,000 / USD $1,280 or above: Enjoy Free International Shipping.

  • Orders below this amount: Please contact us for an actual shipping quote.

2.3 Production and Delivery Time Reference

  • Ready-to-Ship Jewelry: Shipped within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.

  • Loose Lab-Grown Diamonds: Approximately 3 weeks for dispatch.

  • Custom Jewelry: Approximately 3–8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.

  • Logistics Transit: Sent via FedEx / UPS; estimated arrival is 3–10 business days after dispatch (depending on the destination).

 

3. International Customs Duties and Taxes

Hong Kong is a free port, and no sales tax is charged for showroom pickups. However, when goods are shipped outside of Hong Kong, the destination country may levy import duties and taxes.

  • Tax Estimates: For "International Delivery Times and Estimated Taxes" by region, please refer to the detailed reference table on our [Overseas Ordering Guide] page.

  • Responsibility: Except for "Repair/Exchange of Defective Items," all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees for standard orders are the responsibility of the customer. Actual costs are subject to the final assessment by local customs.

  • Recommendation: We sincerely suggest that overseas customers pick up their jewelry in person at our Hong Kong showroom to enjoy a completely tax-free experience.

 

4. Packaging and Security

Every shipment from Diamond Culture includes:

  • Exclusive Brand Packaging: Discreet, secure, and sophisticated packaging boxes suitable for gifting.

  • Logistics Tracking: After dispatch, we will provide a tracking number via WhatsApp.

  • Full Insurance: Ensures that any accidental risks during the transportation process are covered.

 

5. Disclaimer and Final Decision

  • Logistics Delays: Delivery times may fluctuate due to customs clearance procedures, international trade policies, or courier factors; we cannot guarantee an exact arrival date.

  • Final Decision: In the event of any dispute, Diamond Culture reserves the right of final decision.
