How to Order

Method 1 : Direct Online Order

1) Select Lab Grown Diamonds

- It is recommended to browse our website first to acquire the knowledge and information about lab grown diamonds

- Search for lab grown diamonds and add selected ones to cart

2) Setting Service (Optional)

- Choose ring, earring or pendat settings and add to cart

- Each setting must be purchased with a lab diamond / lab gemstone or the order will be cancelled

3) Pay Online to Complete the Order

- Fill in personal information in the shopping cart and complete the ordering process by making payment by credit card / bank transfer / FPS

- Customers will receive a confirmation email, and we will get in touch within 24 hours upon receipt of payment to double-check the order information

- Diamond-only orders will be delivered within 2 weeks, while it usually takes 4-5 weeks to order a diamond together with the setting

- Pick-up in store or free delivery to Hong Kong and Macau. Customers will receive an email notification when the order is ready for pick-up or is shipped

- Please contact us for urgent or overseas orders

Method 2 : Consultation and Purchase in Store

1) Make an Appointment

- Please make an appointment to have a free professional consultation session

- Most of our team members possess GIA diplomas and are able to answer customers questions and concerns about lab grown or natural diamonds

2) Setting Service (Optional)

Ring, earring or pendant setting samples are available in store for try-on

- A 50% deposit has to be settled to confirm order

- If both diamond and setting are in stock, it only takes 2 working days to complete the order; but it may take 4-8 weeks (depending on the setting style) if it is made-to-order

3) Order Completion

- Customers should settle the balance payment and pick up the products within three months upon order completion

- Payment methods:

(i) Cash, FPS, bank transfer, EPS (2% discount)

(ii) Visa / Master / AE / Union Pay credit card (no extra charge)

(iii) Standard Chartered / AE credit card interest-free instalment plan (3% / 2% service charge for 12-month instalment)

(iv) Customers self apply for credit card instalments

- Diamonds or finished products are available for in-store pickup or courier delivery
