RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Diamond Culture is committed to excellence in craftsmanship and quality. As jewelry is delicate in nature, we have established the following policy regarding defective items to ensure the highest level of service.

 

1. Hong Kong Orders (Local)

For orders shipped within Hong Kong, returns and refunds are only accepted in cases where the item has a defect or quality issue.

  • Application Period: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • Resolution: Upon confirmation of a quality defect, we will provide a replacement of the same item or a full refund.

  • Shipping Costs (if applicable): Diamond Culture will fully cover the shipping costs incurred for returns and exchanges due to quality defects.

 

2. Overseas Orders (International)

For all orders shipped outside of Hong Kong, we do not offer a refund service. If an item is found to have a defect or quality issue, we will provide the following arrangements depending on the specific case:

  • Repair or Exchange: We will provide professional repair services or a replacement of the same item.

  • Shipping Costs: If a quality defect is confirmed, Diamond Culture will cover all round-trip shipping costs (including the cost of returning the defective item to us and sending the repaired/exchanged item back to you).

  • Customs and Duties: The Company will bear the import duties and related taxes incurred when resending the repaired or exchanged item.

 

3. How to Report a Quality Issue

If you discover a defect in your item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt via WhatsApp (+852 6329 7650) or email (diamondculture.info@gmail.com) with the following information:

  1. Order Number

  2. Description of the quality defect

  3. Clear photographs and videos (please take footage from different angles for review)

We will respond within 2–3 business days. Once the claim is verified, we will provide specific return instructions.

 

4. Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund

Applications for refund, repair, or exchange will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Change of Mind: Such as disliking the style or subjective feelings not meeting expectations.

  • Incorrect Selection: Such as choosing the wrong ring size or metal color.

  • Man-made Damage: Damage caused by improper wear, such as breakage, scratches, loss of stones, or accidental damage.

  • Third-party Alterations: Items that have been resized, refurbished, or repaired by a jeweler other than Diamond Culture.

 

5. General Terms and Disclaimer

  • Final Decision: In the event of any dispute, Diamond Culture reserves the right of final decision.

  • Modification of Terms: The Company reserves the right to modify the above terms at any time without prior notice.
