- Each setting must be purchased with a diamond, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

- The image color and shade of the lab diamond or gem may slightly differ from the actual product; the physical item shall prevail.

- Upon receipt of payment, we will contact the customer within 24 hours to reconfirm the order information.

- If the lab-grown diamond is out of stock for any reason, we will arrange a full refund.
